Dr. MacDonald earned a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada in 1992. Before chiropractic school, he worked in a chiropractic rehab office and as a kinesiologist alongside a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, physician, and caseworker, and even started his own hydrotherapy company. He graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri in 1999, earning honors for Outstanding Clinical and Academic Achievement, and moved to Eugene to open his practice within the year.
For over a decade, Dr. MacDonald volunteered as Head Athletic Trainer for the Eugene Generals Junior A Hockey Club. He’s an avid hockey and golf player, married with five children, and has called Eugene home for over two decades.
